Private Consultation

Considered answers, before we begin.

The consultation is designed to clarify fit, scope and next steps. These answers cover the details clients most often want to understand before reserving a time.

01

What happens after I book?

We review the information you provide, confirm the consultation with you and send the private Zoom link only after the time has been agreed.

02

Can clients outside Australia book?

Yes. Availability is based on 11:00 am to 6:00 pm Sydney time, while the booking page displays the corresponding time in the client's selected location.

03

How many places are available per time?

Each consultation time has one place because it is reserved for one client and one dedicated service specialist. Once taken, another date or time must be selected.

04

What should I prepare?

Your goals, preferred service, publishing platforms, budget range and any references or existing materials that help us understand the intended direction.

05

How are budgets shown?

Budget ranges default to USD for international clients and display in AUD when Australia is selected.

06

Do you provide revisions?

The revision structure is defined in the proposal according to project scope, deliverables and production complexity, so expectations are clear before work begins.

07

Can the work remain confidential?

Yes. Confidentiality, private review links and portfolio permissions can be discussed before production and documented for the engagement.

08

Can I speak with someone before booking?

Use Live Support on the website for immediate questions. If the team is occupied, your queue position remains visible and the conversation is preserved on the same device.
